Fitkidz as well as Atlas Early Learning Centre. Atlas has been voted ' Business of the Year' this year btw. But it's in Bella Vista if that's any good. Amazing place. They have a great pre-kindy program.

Not sure if this will help, but Fitkidz Glenwood North is great! I know that a couple of families that live around Rouse Hill send their kids there

ABA revealed a fall in the Australians that have deferred repayments on bank mortgages

In late June the number of loans which had been deferred by Australian homeowners and businesses peaked, with around 500,000 mortgages, and more than 200,000 small business loans, having paused repayments. Based on data collected by the ABA from seven of Australia’s largest banks, as of last week, the number of deferred mortgages had dropped to 270,000, meaning repayments had resumed on at least 224,000 loans. Almost half (45%) of deferred mortgages are back to making regular loan repayments. The official loan deferral data from APRA, released earlier this month, showed that $160 billion worth of mortgages had been deferred, accounting for 9.0% of outstanding mortgages (by value). In number terms, 393,467 mortgages remained deferred, accounting for 7% of total mortgage facilities. Thus, APRA’s figures are significantly higher than the ABA’s, because they extend beyond only the banks to building societies, credit unions, and non-bank lenders. APRA’s data also suggested that lenders are having difficulty getting customers to recommence making repayments, given the value of mortgages deferred only fell by $7 billion between July and August, from $167 billion to $160 billion. In a similar vein, the number mortgages deferred only declined by around 21,000, from 414,430 in July to 393,467 in August. Source: x Mortgage repayment cliff still hangs over property... Australia’s two largest property markets dropping to some of the lowest points seen in recent times

“Fragmented conditions in the rental market remain evident in the September quarter, with weaker unit rents compared to houses,” said Domain senior research analyst Dr Nicola Powell. “This is particularly so in inner-city areas, which are more susceptible to changes in overseas migration and international students, tourism and job losses associated with COVID-19. Sydney Domain’s research found that unit asking rents dropped further over the September quarter, representing a 4.8 per cent decline since March, or $25 taken from the median weekly asking rent. “Since March, house and unit asking rents in the city and east region have had the largest decline in Sydney – by $125 and $80 a week, respectively. This is followed by a $70 a week reduction to unit asking rents in the lower north shore. These are the only areas in Sydney to record double-digit percentage falls over this six-month period. Tenants are now paying the same price they were in 2013.” Melbourne The Victorian capital has seen the greatest decline in unit rents of all the capital cities – no doubt a result of the stage 4 lockdown. According to the research, unit asking rents dropped another $15 a week over the September quarter. Adelaide’s The city of churches also saw a new record over the September quarter, with Domain noting Adelaide asking rents reached $405 a week for houses and $340 for units. “Unit rents posted the strongest quarterly gain out of all capital cities, along with Perth. Affordability is becoming stretched – rental prices have recorded the highest annual growth since 2007 for units and 2010 for houses,” Dr Powell said. “Adelaide’s vacancy rate is once again on par with pre-pandemic March, as the estimated number of vacant rentals declines following a strong April bounce. The reduction in empty properties aligns to the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, perhaps reflecting the conversion of rentals back to holiday lets as short-term demand increases.” Continue reading at: x Units take price hit as rental value decreases New research by Domain has found that unit asking rents have seen the steepest annual fall nationally since 2004.

NSW: The CBD and inner suburbs had the biggest rent falls

There has been another drop in apartment rents across Sydney’s inner suburbs as desperate landlords continue to struggle with the economic fallout of the pandemic. Apartment rents in the CBD dropped by an average of about 7 per cent over September and are now nearly 26 per cent cheaper than a year ago, SQM Research data showed. Rents were about 20 per cent cheaper annually in Surry Hills, Darlington, Pyrmont and Darlinghurst. “Elevated rental vacancy rates in Sydney and Melbourne continue to push city rents downwards,” Mr Christopher said. Landlords outside of inner suburbs did not have the same issue, he added. “Older properties in need of upgrading are particularly problematic, as tenants become more picky about where they choose to live.” “Feedback from our members in regional areas indicates that the exodus of tenants from Sydney is continuing, with people seeking out more affordable options further afield from the main metropolitan hubs.” Continue reading at: x Cheap rents: where tenants are getting the biggest... Rents have dropped by just over a quarter in some city pockets as landlords grapple with the economic fallout of the pandemic and a major shift in tenant demand.
