Hello FriendsSo im looking to purchase my 2nd IP and have been doing some research, which leads to Port Macquarie. What do you guys think?

Port would be a good place to retire to, I reckon. But from an investing perspective, it's way too far from Sydney to benefit from any ripple effect.
