Rapid Creek is a northern suburb of Darwin. A lot of development has taken place in this suburb. It is close to all the amenities -

schools, parks, super markets.

It is green and clean suburb with friendly neighborhood. I have been living here for last 2 years and no safety concerns so far.

It was suggested the prospect occurred for just seven per cent of all Sydney properties. These properties were concentrated in suburbs where high levels of unit supply suppressed price growth, but there was still plenty of rental demand. These areas included Parramatta, Auburn and the Sydney CBD. CoreLogic analyst Eliza Owen noted the data did not take into account the cost of a deposit when saving for a home. It will be interesting when CoreLogic run the data again after taking into account the impact of falling rentals arising from the pandemic amid the mild reduction in prices.
