Rouse Hill is a suburb of Sydney in Australia and is 42 kilometres north-west of the Sydney central business district (CBD) in the blacktown area.
Rouse Hill lives up to its image of ‘modern residences’, by providing ample green spaces and urban amenities. It is a clean and peaceful suburb with big houses and big shopping centres. One such centre is Rouse Hill Town Centre, which is considered best in the entire Sydney. The other conveniences at Rouse Hill include a sports stadium, library, parks and water lakes, schools and childcare, public transport, and many restaurants and cafes.
The prices of properties in Rouse Hill are affordable where one can buy bigger houses at reasonable rates, without affecting living quality.

Rouse Hill is a very new residential and commercial development area and every building around here looks spick and span almost to the point of sterile. Rouse Hill has all the amenities that a young family will need.
Rouse Hill has the best shopping centre in the Sydney- Rouse Hill Town Centre, which is a true town centre with streets, a Town square, supermarkets, eateries, department stores, cinemas, and medical shops.

Ironbark Ridge Primary School, which is ranked among top 50 schools in Sydney, is just a walking distance away from Rouse hill.
Two metro stations- Rouse Hill Train Station and Cudgegong Road Station are being built making public transportation easier.
Rouse hill is coming up with new apartments such as VILLA DE M.A, Cumberland Greens, and The Boulevard. The apartments have been designed keeping in mind the affordability, style, and quality.
It is very close to Castle Hill, which is one of the best places to live in Sydney, with some great quality homes and shopping centres.

Despite being a lovely place to live, Rouse Hill has a downside as well of not having quick and easy transportation; the place is quite far from Sydney, but with the construction of upcoming metro stations this problem will be taken care of. There are no trains around this area, only buses for now. The only real way to get around Rouse Hill is by car.

Rouse hill is located in the NSW state and is 42 kilometres north-west of the Sydney central business district in the blacktown area and the Hills Shire.
It is bisected by Windsor Road. It has now been made a major 4 -lane road, which runs from North Parramatta north-west to Windsor. The nearest areas to Rouse hill are Quakers Hill and Castle Hill, which are 6 km and 14 km away, respectively.

Rouse Hill Train Station and Cudgegong Road Station under Sydney Metro Northwest Project, run from Rouse Hill to Epping thereby connecting to the existing Epping to the Chatswood Railway line.

The Rouse Hill station will be built directly outside Rouse Hill Town Centre and above the existing T-way.
The construction will upgrade and modify the surrounding roads and footpaths along Tempus Street and Windsor Road, redesign of bus interchange and T-way.

Besides, the construction of new Sydney metro line and two stations is upcoming. Therefore, the settlement of population is in quick progress and the demand for quality housing is increasing.
