Its a nice and peaceful street with friendly neighborhood. Huge area for kids to play or for BBQ. Then you can take a splunge into the beach. I absolutely love living here.

I am staying at Sonia street for last 4+ years. Its a very peaceful and clean street. Its southern end has sandy beach and on the north its a hub of shops.

Great street to live with kids.

Is Russell Island cheap due to snakes ?

I have heard some mixed reviews about the reasons for cheap houses in Russell Island. Some people say that it is because of the snakes presence in the area. Any inputs by those who are living here are most welcome. Thanks
