Stuart Park is situated at a very central location, near the heart of the Darwin CBD. It has many modern built, stylish apartment

blocks and houses.

Stuart park really is a quality Suburb, there is a high demand for both houses and units in the area and the rental yield for investors is around 6%.

Stuart Park is counted as the best suburb in Darwin. Stuart Park is a predominantly residential suburb. It gives the best feel of suburban living. It is just 5 mins walk from the city.

There are heaps of parks around and places to visit.

As lending rates for housing remain at historic lows, there is one sound reason for first homebuyers to consider buying. The key reason for making the transition from renting to owning is not the increased government incentives but rather that owning will be cheaper than renting. It was suggested the prospect occurred for just seven per cent of all Sydney properties. These properties were concentrated in suburbs where high levels of unit supply suppressed price growth, but there was still plenty of rental demand. These areas included Parramatta, Auburn and the Sydney CBD. CoreLogic analyst Eliza Owen noted the data did not take into account the cost of a deposit when saving for a home. It will be interesting when CoreLogic run the data again after taking into account the impact of falling rentals arising from the pandemic amid the mild reduction in prices.
